Some people are Human Medicine. You spend some time with them and you feel relaxed. This was my personal experience at Pradnya Nethralaya. Recently I underwent the Cataract surgery in both my eyes. One on Tuesday 11/11/2025 and the other one on Friday 14/11/2025. I just want to say that I am very comfortable and at ease. I would like to mention about the staff. They are very humble and co-operative. Highly recommended for all your eye care. Wishing you good luck and a big thanks to Mrs. and Dr. Sriram Ramalingam.

Excellent experience at Pradnya Nethralaya! Dr. Sriram Dr. Nazia, and Sheila are extremely kind, professional, and cooperative. The entire staff deserves an appreciation👏 for being helpful, courteous, and always ready to guide you at every step.
A special mention goes to Sheeba from the billing and insurance desk she is truly proactive and efficient in getting things done quickly. Pinky, the counselor, was an exceptional guide throughout the process. Though I don’t recall everyone’s names, each team member played a part in ensuring my father received outstanding care during and after his cataract surgery.
Highly recommend this hospital for their excellent treatment, patient-focused approach, and dedicated staff.

I recently had my mother, Shamshadh Taj's, cataract surgery done at Pradnya Nethralaya, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. The counselor took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Sriram, the surgeon, is highly experienced and made us feel confident in the surgery. I truly appreciate the care and attention from everyone involved. A big thank you to the team! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing eye care.

I was diagnosed with glaucoma and was extremely anxious, but Dr. Sriram Ramalingam and his team made me feel so comfortable. He explained my condition clearly and started the right treatment plan. The hospital’s advanced equipment and caring staff gave me complete confidence. I’m truly grateful to Pradnya Nethralaya for helping me protect my vision.

Everything about this institution isvery nice- right from the pleasant attitude of receptionists, to support staff and the doctors! The ambience, the upkeep and facilities are great. I had my cataract operation recently, and made comfortable with soothing music! Thanks to all concerned.
Very comfortable and caring staff and doctors. Came here by the reference of one of my friend.. Cataract surgery done for both eyes for my father with absolutely no issues... The whole process from consulatation to surgery and post surgery consultation was like breeze. Very much satisfied..
Very patient doctors. Spend time to understand your concern. They are thorough with their diagnosis and the subsequent medication given was highly effective for my eye allergy and dry eyes. The staff is polite. And great deal of transparency is maintained with patient.
We would like to wholeheartedly thank the team at Pradnya Nethralaya for their great support and care. The experience my mother had with her cataract surgery was such an endearing one. It was a blessing in many ways as she was made to feel at ease with all the anxieties she had initially, looking back it was made such a wonderful experience. AS for my mother getting relieved from the fear of diminishing sight to being able to see all the beautiful bright and colourful world around her with her family, it was great journey.
